BYD Yemen is pleased to announce that the Aden Authorised Service Center has officially opened its doors, providing owners in the south of the country with direct access to factory-standard maintenance and repairs for the first time.
Facility overview
The Aden center spans 1,200 square metres and includes eight fully equipped service bays capable of handling all scheduled maintenance, warranty work, and accident repairs. The workshop is linked in real time to BYD's global diagnostics network, allowing technicians to access the latest software updates and fault libraries from Shenzhen directly.
All technicians completed the BYD Certified Technician Programme — a 240-hour course covering high-voltage safety, battery management systems, and model-specific procedures for every current vehicle in the lineup.

What comes next
The Aden opening brings our authorised service network to three locations — Sana'a, Ta'iz, and now Aden. The Hodeidah service center is on track to open in July 2026, completing our initial four-city service coverage plan.
