BYD Yemen has launched a complimentary first-service program covering every new vehicle delivered from 1 January 2026 onwards. The program is designed to give new owners peace of mind during the critical break-in period and to establish a direct relationship with our service network from day one.

What is included

The first scheduled service — normally due at 5,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first — is provided at zero cost to the customer at any BYD Yemen authorised service center. The service includes:

  • Full 50-point vehicle inspection covering all safety-critical systems
  • Brake fluid check and top-up
  • Tyre pressure adjustment and rotation recommendation
  • Cabin air filter inspection
  • OTA software update to the latest firmware version
  • Exterior hand wash and interior vacuum

Appointments can be made through the Contact page on this website, by calling any BYD Yemen showroom directly, or by walking in to the nearest service center. Please bring your vehicle registration card and purchase invoice to confirm eligibility.

The program applies to all models: Atto 3, Seal, Dolphin, Sealion 6, and Tang. There is no registration required — eligibility is confirmed automatically using the vehicle identification number (VIN) at the time of booking.
